Agreement
By downloading, accessing or playing Ludo 3D, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game. The game is provided by Deep Play Studio LTD.
Personal licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use Ludo 3D for personal entertainment. You may not sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, interfere with, or exploit the game or its services except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Fair and lawful play
Do not attempt to disrupt online sessions, bypass security, automate play, manipulate results, impersonate another person, access another player's data, or use the game unlawfully. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect players or the service.
Online service
Online play depends on internet access and third-party infrastructure. We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue online features. We do not promise uninterrupted matchmaking or preservation of a particular room or match. Version 1.0 does not include real-money gambling, in-app purchases, advertising or free-form chat.
Ownership and third-party technology
Deep Play Studio LTD and its licensors retain rights in the game, branding, code, artwork, audio and other content. Ludo 3D uses Unity technology and selected Adobe Mixamo character and animation assets; their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Updates and device requirements
We may release updates for compatibility, security or gameplay. An older build may not be able to join rooms created by a newer, incompatible build. You are responsible for a compatible device, operating system, internet connection and any network charges.
Warranty and liability
The game is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those rights, Deep Play Studio LTD is not responsible for indirect loss or issues caused by unsupported devices, third-party networks or services outside our reasonable control.
