Browsing and favourites
Where do I start?
Explore shows catalogue artwork and collections. Search lets you use words, tags and colours. Open an artwork to see its detail and preview controls.
Why is my Saved list different?
Favourites belong to a guest identity, created when you first use a guest feature. There is no sign-in or guest-recovery service. A replacement identity starts with an empty server list. Saved currently shows up to 200 records from the latest server response; that is a display limit, not an add limit.
Can I browse offline?
The app may show previously cached results and previews. These can be out of date and are not the complete catalogue. Reconnect and retry to load fresh content.
Previews and saving
Does the app set my wallpaper?
No. Lock and Home guides are illustrations. For artwork that is eligible to save, use Save to Photos and allow add-only Photos access when requested. After a successful save, open iOS Settings → Wallpaper → Add New Wallpaper → Photos.
Why is Save unavailable?
The service must grant access before a save can proceed. Premium saving and purchases are not implemented in the current development build. Preview availability does not guarantee download access.
What if Photos access is denied?
Check Settings → Photos inside Shrooms Tribe for the current permission status. Review the app’s Photos permission in iOS Settings if access was denied. Restrictions may need to be changed through device or family settings. You can continue browsing and previewing without Photos access.
What does sharing include?
The share action prepares a public artwork preview and title for the destination you choose. It does not share a private download grant or your guest credential. The destination handles the shared copy.
Guest data, history and deletion
Guest features use a guest UUID and credential, with the credential stored in Keychain. The service stores favourites and preferences against that identity and records favourite and download-grant events. A download grant is not confirmation that an image was saved to Photos. Search terms are sent to perform a search.
The app also keeps local caches and private history. Open Settings → Private history to clear recent views or export records. Clearing history does not remove server guest data or images already in Photos. Removing a favourite does not erase an earlier service event.
How do I ask about my data?
Contact info@deepplaystudio.com with Shrooms Tribe Data Request in the subject for privacy or deletion questions. Do not send your session token. Contacting support or deleting the app does not itself confirm deletion of server data.
The in-app guest-deletion feature is still being prepared and its production availability has not been confirmed. The final privacy policy and deletion instructions will be published after the release behaviour and retention details are confirmed.

Shrooms Tribe is in development for iPhone. Check the app page for release information when it is announced.
